大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面支架选型及工作阻力研究
Research on Selection of Hydraulic Support and Working Resistance in Large Inclined Coal Seam Caving Mining
【摘要】 基于支架与围岩相互作用关系的理论,以山西宁武孟家窑煤矿5#煤层综放工作面为研究背景,采用数值模拟方法对大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面支架的工作阻力进行了模拟研究。研究结果表明:当支护强度大于0.95 MPa,支架工作阻力为6 400 kN时,液压支架具有更好的护帮和护顶效果,并通过工业试验验证了模拟数值的正确性,研究结果对大倾角特厚煤层综放工作面支架的选型具有指导作用。
【Abstract】 Taking 5#coal seam fully mechanized caving working face of Mengjiayao Coal Mine in Ningwu Shanxi Province as an example and based on theory of interaction between support and surrounding rock, determined the hydraulic support working resistance in large inclined thick coal seam caving working face through the numerical simulation method. The results show that: when the supporting strength greater than 0.95 MPa, support resistance to 6 400 kN, hydraulic support have the better effect about protective the surrounding rock and top plate,and through the itndustrial test verified the correctness of numerical simulation, the results play a role in the selection of hydraulic support in large inclined thick coal seam caving working face
