【摘要】 目的:探讨碘淀粉试验在难治性腋臭手术中的作用。方法:2008年1月~2013年6月,笔者科室共收治难治性腋臭患者46例,其中女30例,男16例,借助碘淀粉染色试验以确定残存顶泌汗腺的部位,采用不同的手术方法治疗难治性腋臭,所有患者均获随访,最短时间为10个月。结果:46例患者均获满意疗效。结论:应用碘淀粉试验有助于提高手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effectiveness of iodine starch test in treating for refractory axillary osmidrosis. Methods From January of 2008 to June of 2013, 46 patients(30 female,16 male) with refractory axillary osmidrsis had been treated by two surgical strategies. All patients were mapped the osmidrosis area by using the iodine starch test preoperatively and were followed up for a minimum 10 months. Results 46 patients had good results. Conclusion Using the iodine starch test in the patients prior to surgery, the surgical results can be improved.更多还原
