【摘要】 目的:探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植联合富血小板血浆在面部年轻化中的应用。方法:回顾性分析笔者科室2010年1月~2014年1月收治的43例行面部自体脂肪移植的求美者。选择大腿前外侧部、下腹部、臀部作为脂肪供区,采用肿胀吸脂术抽吸脂肪,再经提纯等处理后,联合适量自体富血小板血浆注射于面部凹陷处。结果:术后随诊6~12个月,无1例发生感染、血肿、不对称等并发症。术后,面部填充部位外观饱满、自然,皱纹明显减轻或消退,求美者对外形满意。结论:自体脂肪联合富血小板血浆注射移植操作简便,求美者痛苦少、安全有效,术后移植脂肪存活率得到提高,适合于面部凹陷的美容治疗,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of autologous fat granules inject combined with Platelet-rich plasma in facial rejuvenation. Methods 43 cases of patients in our department from Jan 2010 to Jan 2014 were included in this study,the fat granules wwere harvested by liposuction from the donor sites as hypogastrium. Then the combinations of the fat and Platelet-rich plasma were injected back to facial depression for filling and augmen after poaching and sedimentation.Results Postoperative follow-up in these forty-three patients from three to six months showed that all patients got satisfactory results without localized indurations, infection or fat liquefaction.Conclusion The implantation by using fat granules combined with Platelet-rich plasma is an optimal method for facial depression.
