【摘要】 目的:评价牙周炎致前牙移位通过牙周正畸联合治疗的临床效果。方法:对26例因牙周炎造成前牙移位的患者,经过牙周基础治疗、牙周手术治疗,待牙周炎症基本控制后,再采用直丝弓矫治技术内收、平整、排齐因牙周炎导致移位的前牙,同时配合牙周护理及调牙合等措施,从而达到消除炎症、牙合创伤,建立正常的咬合关系,恢复美观。治疗前后分别记录患牙的牙龈指数、牙周袋探针深度、附着水平等。所得数据采用采用χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果:对比治疗前后患者的牙龈指数、牙周袋探针深度、临床附着水平等,治疗后有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<O.05),正畸治疗效果稳定、良好。结论:通过牙周-正畸联合治疗能够有效控制牙周炎,消除牙合创伤,排齐牙列,恢复美观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Evaluation of periodontitis to front teeth shift by periodontal orthodontic clinical effect of combination therapy.
