【摘要】 目的:探讨大腿前外侧皮瓣在颌面部组织缺损临床整形修复中的疗效。方法:回顾性地研究了2010年1月至2012年12月在我院应用大腿前外侧皮瓣移植修复颌面部软组织缺损的27例患者的临床效果。结果:27例患者中24例在Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期愈合,且效果较好。1例大腿肌皮瓣因动脉栓塞而失败,1例出现静脉栓塞,经抢救后好转成功,2例出现感染,其它无并发症出现,其余23例术中、术后均未出现血管危象等现象,成功率为96.3%,随访恢复效果均较好。结论:应用大腿肌皮瓣移植修复口腔颌面部组织缺损能取得较好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anterior thigh flap in reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial tissue defect. Methods From 2010 Jan to 2012 Dec, 27 cases of the anterolateral thigh flap transplantation were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital. Results 24 cases of 27patients were in the course of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ healing and showed good results. 1 cases with thigh flap was failed due to arterial embolism; 1 cases with venous thrombosis, but improved after rescue success; 2 cases with infection, no other complications; In the remaining 23 cases, there were no vascular crisis and other phenomena during and after the operation. The success rate was 96.3% and follow-up visits showed effective results. Conclusion The anterolateral thigh flap transplantation was an ideal choice for the patients with oral and maxillofacial tissue defect.更多还原
