8m大采高液压支架三维建模及仿真分析

【摘要】 以ZY10800/36/80型两柱掩护式大采高液压支架为研究对象,用作图法优化设计了四连杆机构,优化目标为满足支护高度变化的同时保证梁端距变化量最小。建立了8 m大采高支架的三维实体模型,并用虚拟样机软件ADAMS进行了仿真分析,得出了在支架降架过程中,支架前端点以及掩护梁背角的变化曲线。

【Abstract】 The hydraulic support ZY10800/36/80 is served as the research object which can be classified into the mining height hydraulic support with the type of two-leg shield. The mechanism of four-bar linkage for the 8 m large mining height hydraulic support is designed and optimized with the help of graphing method under the consideration of keeping the variation of the distance between the coal face and the front beam minimized. The 3D model of the 8m hydraulic support is built before simulation analysis is performed in the circumstance of ADAMS. The variation of the k point in the front of the hydraulic support along with the shield angleis obtained.
