神经网络PID控制器在挖掘机提升系统中的应用
Application of Neural Network PID Controller in Hoisting System of Excavator
【摘要】 分析了神经网络PID控制器的结构、原理及挖掘机提升系统的数学模型,并采用Matlab软件的Simulink工具箱进行了建模;最后描绘了在2种控制器下,挖掘机提升系统的阶跃响应曲线。实验结果证明,神经网络PID控制器的控制效果明显优于常规PID控制器。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the structure and principle of the neural network PID controller,the mathematical model of the hoisting system of the excavator, and modeled this system by the Simulink toolbox of Matlab software. Finally this paper describes the step response curve of the hoisting system of the excavator under two kinds of controller. The experimental results show that the control effect of neural network PID controller is better than conventional PID controller.
