【摘要】 患者女,49岁。颈项、躯干、四肢色素沉着斑15年,逐渐加重2年。患者皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,部分棘层变薄,基底细胞液化。真皮浅层血管周围大量淋巴细胞、较多噬色素细胞浸润。根据患者的皮损、组织病理特点及其他相关检查诊断为血管萎缩性皮肤异色病。血管萎缩性皮肤异色病少见,本文对近年来相关文献进行了复习。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 49-year-old female patient with pigmentation spots on her neck,trunk and limbs for 15 years is presented.Her clinical condition was gradually worse over the past 2 years.Histopathology showed epidermal hyperkeratosis,acanthosis part thinning,basal cell liquefaction,a large number of lymphocytes and macrophages pigment cells infiltrated around the superficial dermal vessels.The diagnosis of poikikiloderma vasculare atrophicans was made.Poikikiloderma vasculare atrophicans is rare and the relevant literature was reviewed.更多还原
