【摘要】 目的探索异常增生标志物硫氧还蛋白还原酶(TR)在肺结核与肺癌患者血浆中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用分光光度法检测肺癌、肺结核和健康对照各100例志愿者血浆中异常增生标志物TR的表达水平,并进行对比分析。结果 TR的表达水平肺癌组明显高于肺结核组(P<0.01),肺结核组明显高于健康组(P<0.01)。结论 TR对肺结核病人罹患肺癌具有预警意义,在肺结核患者的治疗过程中具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the levels and clinical significance of abnormal proliferation marker expression of thioredoxin reductase(TR)in the plasma of patients with lung cancer and tuberculosis.Methods Spectrophotometry was used to detect lung cancer,tuberculosis and healthy control group with 100 cases in each volunteer plasma abnormal proliferation marker expression levels of thioredoxin reductase,and carries on the contrast analysis.Results Thioredoxin reductase expression levels in lung cancer group were significantly higher than TB(P<0.01);TB was significantly higher than the healthy group(P<0.01).Conclusion Thioredoxin reductase tuberculosis patients suffering from lung cancer have early warning sense,is instructive in the course of treatment of tuberculosis patients.更多还原
