【摘要】 目的通过检测幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)患者血清中的抗突变型瓜氨酸波形蛋白(MCV)抗体,分析抗MCV抗体与JIA临床表现的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测87例JIA患者和55例非JIA患者的抗MCV抗体,并记录JIA患者的临床指标,分析抗MCV抗体与临床指标的关系。结果 在JIA患者中抗MCV抗体的敏感性和特异性分别为44.8%和98.2%,抗MCV抗体阳性组患者肿胀关节数、压痛关节数和X线关节受累数均明显高于抗MCV抗体阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗MCV抗体与JIA患者关节受累程度、骨关节侵蚀破坏有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect anti-mutated citrullinated vimentin(MCV) antibody in patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis(JIA),to evaluate the correlation between anti-MCV antibody and clinical manifestations of JIA.Methods Anti-MCV antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA) in the serum of 87 JIA patients and 30 patients with other rheumatic diseases and 25 healthy children.The relevance between anti-MCV antibodv and clinical characteristics data was analyzed statistically.Results Anti-MCV antibody had a sensitivity of 44.8%and a specificity of 98.2%in JIA patients.The swollen joint counts,tender joint counts and the number of X-ray involvement were significantly higher in anti-MCV positive patients than the anti-MCV negative group(P <0.05).Conclusion Our data suggest that anti-MCV antibody may be correlated with bone erosion in JIA.更多还原
