师范生职业道德教育内容体系的构建
The Construction of Normal University Students’ Education in Professional Ethics
【摘要】 师范生是教师队伍的后备军,师范生的职业道德素养是建设高素质教师队伍的前提与基础。构建以教师职业道德规范教育为核心,以教师职业信念、职业使命、职业操守和职业人格教育为主要内容的师范生职业道德教育内容体系,对于师范生的专业成长具有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Normal university students are the reserve force of teachers,whose professional ethics quality is the premise and founda-tion of the construction of high-quality teachers. So every normal university should build a content system which takes teachers’ profes-sional ethics education as the core and has the education of professional belief,mission,ethics and personality as the main contents,whichisofgreatsignificanceforthe normal university students’ professional development.
