高校图书馆图书招标采购的利弊及对策探讨

【摘要】 分析了高校图书馆图书招标采购的利弊,结合多年高校图书馆图书采购工作经验提出了改进图书招标工作的一些措施。

【Abstract】 The advantages and disadvantages of the bid procurement of books in university library were analyzed in this paper.And combining with many years of working experience in purchasing of books, some improving measures were also put forward.
