【摘要】 目的了解门诊不安全用药患者的心理体验,为医务人员制定安全用药干预措施提供依据。方法立意抽样法选择10例有不安全用药史的门诊患者或家属,对其进行深度访谈,运用Colaizzi分析程序进行资料分析。结果门诊患者不安全用药可以归纳为4个主题,即:患者及家属用药依从性低下;用药正确率低;规避药物不良反应知识欠缺;有获得安全用药相关知识的需求。结论门诊患者用药不安全情况需得到关注,医务人员可以有针对性地采取不同的干预措施,以保障门诊患者安全用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the psychological experience of outpatients with unsafe medication experience,provide evidence for medical personnel making safe medication intervention. Methods By purposive sampling,ten outpatients with a history of unsafe medication or their family members were interviewed thoroughly,and the data collected were analyzed according to Colaizzi Analysis Procedure. Results The outpatients sample consisted of four types,the ones with lowmedication compliance,with a lowrate of correct medication,with a lack of knowledge of avoiding adverse drug reactions,and the ones with a demand for safe medication knowledge. Conclusion Unsafe medication of outpatients calls for more attention. Medication personnel can take different intervention measures to ensure the safe drug use of outpatients.更多还原
