【摘要】 1例患者静脉滴注血栓通和哌拉西林1周后出现中毒性表皮坏死松解症(TEN),停药并给予甲泼尼龙、夫西地酸、丙种球蛋白及维持水电解质平衡、肠外营养等治疗,3周后皮损基本痊愈。本文通过对该病例资料进行分析,对血栓通和哌拉西林的不良反应及TEN的发病机制进行文献复习,提示临床使用这两种药物时,需要密切观察患者体温及皮肤等情况,一旦发生TEN,应立即停药,及时处理,降低病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 A patient was diagnosed with toxic epidermal necrolysis after using Xueshuantong injection and piperacillin for a week,then,the patient was healed after drug withdrawal and 3 weeks’ treatment of methylprednisolone,fusidate acid,gamma globulin and maintaining water-electrolyte balance. The author analyzed the case,reviewed some articles about adverse reactions of the two drugs and pathogenesis of TEN,and suggested that the patient’s temperature and skin changes should be paid more attention when using the two drugs. The medication must be stop,and related measures must be taken immediately to reduce the mortality in case of TEN.更多还原
