注射用硝普钠在葡萄糖注射液中稳定性考察
Study on compatible stability of nitroprusside sodium for injection with glucose injection
【摘要】 目的考察注射用硝普钠与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍的稳定性。方法将注射用硝普钠,根据临床应用需要配制成溶液,在不同环境和不同放置时间,考察配伍溶液的性状、pH值、不溶微粒、紫外-可见吸收光谱、硝普钠含量等。结果避光套避光,在20℃、35℃时,注射用硝普钠与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍后26 h内是稳定的;不避光任何条件下溶液均不稳定;溶液的稳定性与硝普钠浓度(0.2~0.05 mg/mL)无关,与温度(20℃、35℃)有一定关联,但与光照强度和光照时间密切相关。结论在避光条件下,注射用硝普钠与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍26 h内稳定。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the compatible stability of nitroprusside sodium for injection( SNP) when mixed with 5% glucose injection. Methods SNP was prepared into solution according to clinical use. In different environment and different storage time,compatible solution appearance,pH,insoluble particles,ultraviolet visible absorption spectra,the content of sodium nitroprusside were studied. Results SNP solutions of 5% glucose injection were stable for 26 hours after preparation in shading circumstances at 20 ℃ or 35 ℃. If light was not avoided,in any conditions,the solution was very unstable,the stability of solution was independent of the concentration( 0. 2 ~ 0. 1 mg /mL),but had a certain relationship with temperature( 20 ℃,35 ℃),and was closely related to light,strength and time. Conclusion In the dark condition,sodium ntroprusside for injection was stable within 26 h after mixing with 5% glucose injection.
