【摘要】 目的探讨综合心理干预对老年腹膜透析患者焦虑、抑郁及生活质量的影响。方法将52例老年腹膜透析患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组接受为期12 w的综合心理干预;对照组仅接受腹膜透析专科护理。结果干预后,试验组的焦虑得分在第12 w[(35.80±7.31)vs(49.48±6.74),P<0.01]、第24 w[(39.56±6.87)vs(49.48±6.74),P<0.01];抑郁得分在第12 w[(17.52±5.12)vs(22.12±6.46),P<0.01]、第24w[(18.92±5.54)vs(22.12±6.46),P<0.01]降低有统计学意义;试验组生活质量之情感状态得分在第12w[(69.60±15.43)vs(64.00±17.44),P<0.01]、第24w[(69.20±15.43)vs(64.00±17.44),P<0.01];肾病负担得分在第12w[(27.48±10.85)vs(19.00±9.11),P<0.01]、第24w[(24.23±8.74)vs(19.00±9.11),P<0.01];睡眠得分在第12w[(57.20±13.58)vs(49.00±18.48),P<0.01]、第24 w[(55.90±13.63)vs(49.00±18.48),P<0.01]提高有统计学意义,试验组优于对照组。结论心理咨询师参与指导的综合心理干预是一种有效的干预方式,能改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive psychological intervention on anxiety depression and quality of life of elder patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods Fifty-two patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in experimental group received comprehensive psychological intervention for12 weeks while the patients in control group received routine care only.Results After the intervention,the scores of anxiety in 12 w[(35.80±7.31) vs(49.48±6.74),P<0.01],in24 w[(39.56±6.87) vs(49.48±6.74),P<0.01]and the scores of depression in 12 w[(17.52±5.12) vs(22.12±6.46),P<0.01],in24w[(18.92±5.54) vs(22.12±6.46),P<0.01]in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in baseline.The scores of emotional well-being in12 w[(69.60±15.43) vs(64.00±17.44),P<0.01],in 24 w[(69.20±15.43) vs(64.00±17.44),P<0.01]and the scores of burden of kidney disease in 12 w[(27.48±10.85) vs(19.00±9.11),P<0.01],in 24w[(24.23±8.74) vs(19.00±9.11),P<0.01]and the scores of sleep in 12w[(57.20±13.58) vs(49.00±18.48),P<0.01],in 24w[(55.90±13.63) vs(49.00±18.48),P<0.01]in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in baseline.The effectiveness of this intervention in experimental group is much better than that in control group.Conclusion The comprehensive psychological intervention with a psychological consultant guiding is an effective model to relieve patients’ anxiety and depression and to improve their quality of life.更多还原
