FeCl3·6H2O作用的β,β-二吲哚基-α,β-不饱和酮的合成
Catalytic Synthesis of β,β-Bisindolyl-α,β-unsaturated Ketones Over FeCl3·6H2O Catalyst
【摘要】 探讨了稳定、价廉和保存及使用方便的FeCl3·6H2O作催化剂的β,β-二乙硫基-α,β-不饱和酮与吲哚的亲核取代反应,合成了有潜在生物活性的β,β-二吲哚基-α,β-不饱和酮衍生物。
【Abstract】 Taking FeCl3·6H2O as the catalyst, β,β-bisindolyl-α,β-unsaturated ketones with potential bioactivity were synthesized from β,β-bisethylthiol-α,β-unsaturated ketones and indoles via nucleophilic substitution reaction.
