【摘要】 介绍了脱硝生产方法及1 500 kg/h膜法脱硝装置生产工艺,总结了运行中出现的亚硫酸钠加入量比较大、消耗高,冷冻单元沉硝槽在运行过程中出现涡流、底部支撑部件塌陷,以及进膜系统淡盐水游离氯含量、pH值、温度参数不稳定等问题,提出了改进措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The sulfate removal methods and the 1500 kg/h membrane-process sodium sulfate removal process were introduced.Problems occurred during running were summarized,i.e.the addition amount of sodium sulfite was bigger and its consumption was high,turbulence formed in sulfate settlement tank for refrigeration unit,bottom support components of the sulfate settlement tank collapsed,and the parameters of diluted brine feeding into membrane filtering system were unstable,such as free chlorine content,pH value and temperature.Solutions were proposed.更多还原
