【摘要】 近年来,随着我国油气长输管道和城市燃气管网的发展,我国的油气管道数量迅速增长,其中,部分早期建设的管道逐渐步入设计寿命晚期或超期服役,大量的新建管道和越来越多的老龄化管道使我国管道运输安全形势面临严峻挑战,管道事故呈上升趋势。简要介绍了美国近二十年来管道运输的发展现状、管道事故的基本情况及事故原因,回顾了几起美国管道事故,包括事故的原因、管道运营公司在安全管理中存在的问题以及管道事故对美国管道安全发展的影响。分析了目前我国油气管道在安全方面面临的问题,并结合美国在管道安全领域的经验和教训,提出了加强我国油气管道安全的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of oil and gas pipelines and urban gas network,the number of oil and gas pipelines in China has grown rapidly in recent years. Some of the oil and gas pipelines have gradually gone into the late period or even extended period of validity. Both the increasing new pipelines and the old-aged ones bring serious challenge to the safety management of pipeline transportation in China,also could lead to more accidents. The development of pipeline transportation management of the United States in the last 20 years is introduced,several typical cases are reviewed,and the causes of the pipeline accidents and the problems of pipeline operation management are discussed. Combined with the experience on pipeline safety in American and the safety issues of gas pipeline in our country,some suggestions to enhance the safety of oil and gas pipelines in China are put forward.更多还原
