【摘要】 目的 观察a-硫辛酸联合甲钻铵治疗糖尿病合并轻、中度腕管综合征（CTS）的有效性。方法 将45例糖尿病合并CTS的患者随机分为两组。A组21例,给予硫辛酸注射的同时口服四联药物（甲钴铵、地巴唑、维生素B₁、维生素B₆）;B组24例,仅口服四联药物。于治疗前、治疗后1个月及3个月分别收集患者临床资料,填写症状评分表;治疗前和治疗3个月后检测腕部正中神经电生理。结果 两组患者临床症状总评分及腕部正中神经电生理较治疗前均有明显恢复。A组患者症状总评分明显优于B组,神经电生理检查结果显示A组疗效更好,且两组间比较差异有统计意义（P<0.05）。结论 硫辛酸可促进糖尿病合并轻中度腕管综合征恢复,联合用药疗效更明显。糖尿病合并CTS患者应该更早选用联合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of α-lipoic acid combined with mecobalamine in treating diabetes mel]itus patients with mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods 45 diabetes mellitus patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.21 cases of group A to oral four drug combination（mecobalamine,bendazol,vitamin B₁ and vitamin B₆）,at the same time to intravenousα-lipoic acid.24 cases of group B only to oral four drug combination.Before and after treatment for 1 months,3 months respectively to collect clinical symptom,fill out symptom score questionnaire,simultaneously to detect electrophysiology of median nerve at wrist.Results The clinical symptom,total symptom score and electrophysiology of median nerve at wrist of group A and B showed significantly improved.The therapeutic effect of group A were better than group B,and the difference was significant.Conclusion α-hpoic acid can promote the recovery of diabetes mellitus with mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome.Drug combination had significant effect.It was recommended to earlier drug combination for diabetes mellitus patients with mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome.更多还原
