不同舌侧矫治托槽动摩擦力的影响因素研究
Influential factors correlated to kinetic friction of different lingual brackets
【摘要】 目的:探讨舌侧矫治托槽动摩擦力的影响因素。方法:在不同结扎状态下,分别测试2种舌侧矫治托槽(e·Brace个性化舌侧托槽、STb舌侧托槽)与4种弓丝(0.016"×0.022"镍钼合金丝、0.016"×0.022"不锈钢方丝、0.016"镍钼合金丝、0.016"不锈钢丝)组合的动摩擦力。结果:通过多元线性回归分析,影响动摩擦力大小的因素依次为:舌侧托槽的种类、弓丝、结扎方式。结论:舌侧托槽的种类、弓丝和结扎方式均是舌侧矫治系统动摩擦力的重要影响因素。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influential factors correlated to the kinetic friction between lingual brackets and archwires. Method:The kinetic friction of different combinations of 2 kinds of lingual brackets(e·Brace、STb)coupled with4 types of archwires(0.016 ×0.022 inch TMA,0.016 ×0.022 inch stainless steel archwire,0.016 inch TMA,0.016 inch stainless steel archwire)in the buccal segment were tested under two different kinds of ligation(elastic ligatore,stainless steel ligature). Result:Multiple linear regression shows that the type of lingual bracket,archwire,and the way of ligation,in that order,are important factors affecting frictional resistance. Conclusion:The types of lingual braces,archwires and way of ligation are important variables affecting the kinetic friction of the lingual brackets.
