【摘要】 目的观察布地奈德和硫酸特布他林联合雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法选择2011年2月至2013年3月住院治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,两组患儿均予平喘、祛痰、抗感染,必要时吸氧等综合治疗。治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林氧驱雾化吸入,对照组在综合治疗基础上加用DXM联合糜蛋白酶超声雾化吸入。结果治疗组在喘憋缓解时间,咳嗽缓解时间,肺部体征改善时间,呼吸困难缓解时间有效率等方面均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合硫酸特布他林氧驱动雾化吸入佐治毛细支气管炎,症状、体征缓解快,有效率高,可作为毛细支气管炎治疗重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of oxygen driven inhalation of budesonide combined with bricalin in the treatment of infants with bronchiolitis. Methods 80 children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. All the children were given conventional treatment,and asthma, expectorant,anti-infective treatment if necessary. The treatment group was additionally given oxygen driven inhalation of budesonide combined with bricalin,and the control group was plus treated with DXM united chymotrypsin ultrasonic atomizing inhalation. Results The improvement was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The oxygen driven inhalation of budesonide combined with bricalin has significantly curative effect in the treatment of infants with bronchiolitis.更多还原
