深井强采动影响下软岩巷道控制技术研究
Research on Control Technology of Soft Rock Roadway under the Influence of Deep Intensive Mining
【摘要】 以朱集煤矿位于软岩中的底板巷为工程案例。该巷道顶板岩层破碎,原支护体系失效,在临近工作面回采的强动压下,为保证巷道仍可使用,通过对原有支护体系支护状况的分析及围岩破坏程度的分级,提出采用高密度的短锚索加强层状破碎顶板的整体性形成刚性梁结构,联合单体支柱被动支护,有效控制了巷道顶板垮落、整体下沉现象,保证了整条巷道的有效通风面积。为大范围顶板破碎,锚索无法生根的中等跨度以下软岩巷道加固提供了工程范例。
【Abstract】 With broken roof strata and unavailable supporting system,the floor roadway located in the soft rock of Zhuji coal mine was taken as an engineering case.In order to ensure the utilization of roadway under the intensive pressure of adjacent mining face,the previous support system status was analyzed and the damage degree of the surrounding rocks was classified.Then short anchor beam in high-density was adopted to strengthen the broken roof strata as a reinforcing beam,which effectively prevented the roof collapse and overall subsidence,combining with the passive support of individual prop.Meanwhile,effective ventilation in the whole roadway was ensured,providing engineering reinforcement examples of soft rock roadway in middle span when anchor cable was unavailable in a wide range of roof breakage.
