活动时间不确定性的网络计划计算问题研究

【摘要】 对网络计划中应用最为广泛的PERT模型在理论上和实践中反映的误差作了讨论,将L-R模糊数引入到网络计划中,建立了模糊关键线路法模型及其模糊时间参数计算方法,提出了可以采用模糊数大小排序的方法比较各线路的模糊工期,从而方便地确定关键线路。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the defections of PERT model on theory and practice,after using L-R fuzzy number to describe activity time,the model of identifying fuzzy critical path is found,and the algorithm of fuzzy time parameters is presented. Then,this article presents that it is effective and easy to identify the critical path through ranking method of fuzzy number.
