增大截面加固前后锈蚀钢筋混凝土柱轴压性能试验研究
Uni-axial performance of reinforced concrete columns with corrosion damages pre- and post-jacketing
【摘要】 通过增大截面加固具有不同锈蚀程度的损伤钢筋混凝土柱的轴压性能以及加固后耐久性能试验,对损伤混凝土柱加固性能进行了分析。采用电渗-恒电流-干湿循环加速锈蚀方法,对加固前混凝土柱及增大截面中纵筋和箍筋分别进行同时非均匀锈蚀。加固前柱纵筋和箍筋锈蚀率分别取0%、5%和10%。增大截面采用围套加固,加固用纵筋和箍筋锈蚀率分别为0%、5%、10%、15%、20%。试验结果表明:锈蚀钢筋混凝土加固柱的破坏模式与钢筋锈蚀程度相关,柱的轴压承载力和抗压刚度随着钢筋锈蚀率的增加而显著降低;加固柱内层钢筋的锈蚀对轴压承载力的影响较小,加固柱外层钢筋锈蚀率对柱轴压承载力有显著影响;钢筋锈蚀后的混凝土柱轴压极限应变均有所降低,且随着钢筋锈蚀率的增加而逐渐降低。
【Abstract】 This paper carries out systematical experimental investigation on the performance of damaged concrete column after concrete jacketing and the corresponding durability degradation mechanism.Electro osmosis-constant current-wet and dry cycle(ECWD) method was induced to corrode the longitudinal bars and stirrups in both column and jacketing layer.Concrete columns strengthened by reinforced concrete jacketing method with different rebar corrosion degrees were designed to investigate the uni-axial compression behavior and durability characteristics.The designed substrate rebar corrosion degrees were 0%,5% and 10% for substrate rebar,and 0%、5%、10%、15%、20% for the jacketing rebar,respectively.It can be concluded that the failure mode depends on the degree of bar corrosion.The stiffness and peak load of columns are reduced with the increase of corrosion degree,especially with the corrosion of reinforcement in the jacketing layer.The peak concrete strain decreases with the increase of corrosion degree.
