【Abstract】 With the development of science-technology, it is an important to master and apply with the advanced equipment for research. Through the practice of the curriculum for operating the professional equipment in horticulture, we summarized the teaching methods, explored on the aspects of the teaching prepare, content, methods and assessment, in order to implement the course smoothly and ensure the quality of teaching in the case of limited instrument resources.
