【Abstract】 The professional development of college counselors is directly related to the improvement of teaching quality and the training of university students’ overall quality. The implementation of peer mutual help is beneficial to relieving the work pressure of college counselors, preventing the burnout, enhancing the professionalism and encouraging the innovation of their work.
