【摘要】 通过调查发现,体育专业毕业生消极就业心理的形成因素主要有近年的就业率和就业走向、高校体育专业人才培养方案、就业薪金、地域心理预期与现实的落差、毕业生的心理素质和家庭状况等。应对体育专业毕业生消极就业心理,应提升其自我认可意识和竞争能力,科学制定体育专业人才培养方案,帮助体育专业毕业生树立正确的就业观。此外,体育院校要积极与体育专业毕业生家庭沟通合作,帮助体育专业毕业生积极调整就业心态,帮助他们顺利就业。更多还原

【Abstract】 By means of the survey it has been found out that the causes of negative employment psychology of PE graduates mainly include the employment rate and trends in recent years, PE professional training programs, job salaries, gap between geographic psychological expectation and reality, psychological quality and family status of the graduates. To solve the problems of negative employment psychology of the graduates, it is necessary to improve their awareness of self-recognition and competitiveness, scientifically lay down the training programs for PE professionals and help them establish the correct employment outlook.
