【摘要】 由于生产配套和出口关税等原因,很多出口企业不进行整机生产,只生产电机定子给国外配套。根据电机等值电路原理,针对电机拆散件中的定子铁芯进行检测,设计了定子的安装结构,提出了测试控制系统的硬件构成,依据电机标准对定子进行出厂检测,结合具体型号电机的合格区设置,对电机拆散件中的定子铁芯进行质量把关,从试验数据分析可以看出,测试方案是可行有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of produce match and export tax,a lot of motor factories produce stator only.In accordance to the principle of equivalent circuit of asynchronous motor,the current and power of noload and blockup were analyzed.Aim at the stator in the motor factory which produce the stator only,the frock was designed to test the stator in the paper.The hardware structure of the testing control system was put forward.Matched a rotor,the stator was tested in electromotor standard.Compared to the checkout extent of the motor type,we checked on the quality of motor breakup stator.From the testing data,we can see,the testing project was effective.更多还原
