风力发电机联轴器打滑力矩标定试验台设计开发

【摘要】 创新设计开发了能够模拟实际工作环境进行风力发电机联轴器打滑力矩标定的试验台。通过液压摆动油缸驱动,转矩加载机构向风力发电机联轴器加载,经转矩输出检测机构将载荷作用在拉压力传感器上,间接检测得到传动转矩。当风力发电机联轴器的力矩限制器打滑时,计算机控制系统监控到转矩中角度曲线上转矩发生突变,该突变点的转矩则是风力发电机联轴器的打滑力矩。

【Abstract】 A slip torque calibration test bed for wind generator shaft coupling which can simulate the actual working environment is designed and developed innovatively.Driven by the hydraulic oscillating cylinder,the wind generator shaft coupling is loaded by the torque loading mechanism,according to the torque output detection mechanism,the load is transferred to the tension and pressure sensor,the transmission torque is detected indirectly.When the torque limiter of the wind generator shaft coupling is slipping,the computer control system monitoring the torque angle curve,the mutation point of the curve is the slipping torque of the wind generator shaft coupling.
