【Abstract】 This paper analyses the general situation of the development of the global think- tank, comparing the difference of think-tank between China and Western Countries. Using the experience of the advanced think-tank, it points out that it is important for a university library to meet the need, remain the competitive, and transfer into the information think-tank. It also researches the path of construction of university library information think-tank from the positioning principle, resources construction, service construction, mechanism construction and influence expanding, so as to improve the soft power of the university library.更多还原
