放置角度对低碳微合金钢腐蚀行为的影响
Influence of exposure angle on corrosion behavior of low carbon microalloyed steel
【摘要】 研究了3种放置角度的低碳微合金钢在CO2腐蚀、盐雾腐蚀、海水腐蚀等3种腐蚀体系中的腐蚀行为。利用SEM、XRD对不同腐蚀环境中3种放置角度下形成的腐蚀产物膜的表面形貌、截面形貌以及物相结构进行了分析。结果表明,放置角度对低碳微合金钢在3种腐蚀体系中的腐蚀行为有显著影响,在CO2腐蚀体系中,90°放置试样腐蚀速率最大,180°放置试样腐蚀速率最小;在盐雾腐蚀体系中,0°放置试样腐蚀速率最大,180°放置试样腐蚀速率最小;在海水腐蚀体系中,0°和90°放置试样腐蚀速率相差不大,但明显大于180°放置试样的。不同放置角度的低碳微合金钢在同种腐蚀体系中产生的腐蚀产物膜的物相没有显著差别。
【Abstract】 Corrosion behaviors of low carbon microalloyed steel with different exposure angles in three corrosion systems were studied.The surface and cross-section morphology and composition of corrosion scales formed at different exposure angles in each corrosion system were analyzed by means of SEM and XRD.The results show that exposure angle affects the corrosion behavior obviously in these three corrosion systems.In CO2 corrosion system,the 90° sample presents the highest corrosion rate and the 180° sample presents the lowest corrosion rate.In salt spray corrosion system,the 0° sample presents the highest corrosion rate and the 180° sample presents the lowest corrosion rate.In marine corrosion system,the 0° and 90° samples have almost the same corrosion rate that is much bigger than that of 180°sample.The composition of corrosion scale forms at different exposure angles are identical in the same corrosion system.
