急性胆囊炎64例诊治观察

【摘要】 胆囊炎是一种常见的消化系统多发疾病,多数病发是由于返流入胆囊的胰液或菌感染浓缩的胆汁所引起,炎症轻重不一,超声诊断非常明确。我们国家常规疗法多以保守治疗为主,采用中西结合用药已经有了诸多的临床成功案例。目前随着微创技术的日益进步,部分患者选了腹腔镜胆囊切除术,术中采取钝锐性相结方法分离胆囊周围粘连,炎性组织剥离后,紧贴胆囊颈剪断胆囊管,取出病灶;术中操作器械轻盈、有序、止血有效、防止产生其他部位副损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 cholecystitis frequent is a common digestive system disease,most of them are due to return into the gallbladder pancreatic juice or bacteria infections caused by concentration of bile,inflammation,weight is differ,ultrasound diagnosis is clear. Our country more than conventional therapy is given priority to with conservative treatment,the combination of Chinese and western medicine has many clinical success. Now with the increasing of minimally invasive technology progress,some patients selected for laparoscopic cholecystectomy,intraoperative blunt sharpness phase junction methods separated adhesions around the gallbladder,inflammatory tissue,close to the gallbladder neck cut cystic duct,remove lesions; Intraoperative operating equipment is lightsome,orderly and hemostasis,prevents other parts damage effectively.更多还原
