高强高性能钢纤维混凝土在龙固煤矿冻结井筒筑壁施工中的应用研究

【摘要】 龙固煤矿北风井,井深746m,冲积层厚675m,冻结深度730m。冻结段采用现浇钢筋混凝土复合井壁,外壁和内壁在井深超过580m后,均采用CF80高强高性能钢纤维混凝土浇筑。根据工程特点,采用当地原材料和专用的高效矿物掺合料,配制出了CF80高强高性能钢纤维混凝土。试验室模拟和现场试验研究表明,CF80混凝土完全可以满足深厚冲积层冻结井筒井壁施工要求。

【Abstract】 A Mine North Ventilation Shaft of Longgu Mine had a depth of 746 m,an alluvium thickness675 mand an freezing depth of 730 m.A site poured reinforced concrete complex liner was applied at the refreezing section of the mine shaft.After a depth of the mine shaft over 580 m,a CF80 high strength and high performance steel fiber concrete site poured was applied to the outer liner and the inner liner of the shaft.According to the engineering features,the CF80 high strength and high performance steel fiber concrete was prepared with local raw materials and special high efficient mineral blended material.The lab simulation and site experiment study showed that the CF80 concrete could fully meet the lining construction requirements of the mine freezing shaft in a deep and thick alluvium.
