【摘要】 目的了解个旧市农村已婚妇女各种生殖系统疾病患病率及其人群分布特点,为开展妇女保健工作提供依据。方法采用常规妇科盆腔检查、阴道和宫颈分泌物湿片显微镜检查、阴道镜检查等方法对个旧市农村已婚妇女生殖系统疾病进行检查及诊断。结果共检查农村已婚妇女15 201人,检出各种生殖系统疾病患者7 565人,总患病率49.77%。各种生殖系统疾病患病率前5位依次为细菌性阴道病、宫颈炎、阴道假丝酵母菌病、盆腔炎、子宫肌瘤。结论个旧市农村已婚妇女生殖系统疾病属高发水平,以感染性疾病为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence of reproductive system diseases and population distribution characteristic of rural married women in Gejiu city,to provide a basis for women’s health care. Methods15 201 married women in rural areas in Gejiu city were examined and diagnosed for reproductive system diseases using pelvic examination, vaginal and cervical secretions wet piece of microscopic examination, colposcopy examination,et al. Results 7 565 cases were checked out all kinds of reproductive system disease among 15 201 married women with the total prevalence rate of 49. 77%. The top 5 reproductive system disease in prevalence were bacterial vaginosis,cervicitis,vaginal candidiasis,pelvic inflammatory disease,uterine fibroids. Conclusion The prevalence of reproductive system diseases of rural married women in Gejiu city was belong to high level,which dominated with reproductive tract infections.更多还原
