【摘要】 目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平在老年社区获得性肺炎(CAP)诊治中的意义。方法选择住院老年CAP患者40例(老年CAP组)与40例健康体检者(对照组)测定血清CRP,2组进行对照。结果与对照组相比,老年CAP组血清CRP水平显著升高(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,治疗后老年CAP组血清CRP水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP测定对老年CAP早期诊治具有重要的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the significance of determination of C-reactive protein(CRP) in elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia(CAP). Methods The serum CRP level was detected in 40 elderly patients with CAP and 40 healthy human. Results The CRP level was significantly increased in CAP group, compared with control group(P < 0.01). The CRP level was significantly decreased in CAP group after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion The serum CRP level is of practical value in elderly patients with CAP.更多还原
