空间在轨飞行对个体积极情绪和额区EEG偏侧化的影响
Effects of Spaceflight on Positive Affect and Frontal EEG Asymmetry of Astronaut
【摘要】 目的评估航天员短期在轨飞行中的情绪调节能力和情绪反应倾向。方法采用积极情绪量表对"神舟"9号3名航天员13 d在轨空间飞行环境下的积极情绪和额区EEG偏侧化程度进行了测量。结果发现3名航天员在飞行前、飞行中和飞行后呈现出积极情绪活动水平逐渐升高而后略有下降的变化趋势;神经电活动的记录显示,额区EEG偏侧化的变化趋势与积极情绪的变化趋势接近。结论航天员短期在轨飞行没有达到衰弱化症候的易感期,且由于良好的心理对抗措施,其积极情绪整体水平较高。额区EEG偏侧化与积极情绪变化相关联,可能反映了即时的情绪调节能力。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects of short-duration spaceflight on emotional regulatory ability and responsive tenency of astronauts. Methods The positive affect scores and resting frontal EEG asymmetry data were assessed and analyzed before( 25 d),during( 5th,10th) and after( 2 d) "Shenzhou-9"spaceflight respectively. Results It was showed that the positive affect score kept at a high level during spaceflight and decreased slowly after landing,while a similar tendency was seen on the score of frontal EEG asymmetry. Conclusion Because of well psychological countermeasures,astronauts keep at the high level of positive affect and do not suffer from the asthenia symptoms in the short-duration spaceflight. The association of the Frontal EEG asymmetry and positive affect may reflect the immediate ability to regulate emotion for astronauts during spaceflight.
