【摘要】 从便宜、易得的天然L-蛋氨酸出发,先与碘甲烷反应生成碘代二甲锍鎓盐叶利德,然后与碳酸氢钠水解反应得L-高丝氨酸,在加入盐酸的条件下,通过关环反应,得到γ-丁内酯盐酸盐,最后通过InBr3和Et3SiH还原,高效率、高选择性地合成了手性3-(S)-氨基四氢呋喃。通过对目标化合物进行熔点测定,并经质谱、核磁及元素分析等手段确定了目标化合物的化学结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 L-homoserine lactone hydrochloride could be obtained from natural and commercially available L-methionine via S-alkylation and nucleophilic displacement of a dialkylsulphide. Finally,the chiral 3-( S)-aminotetrahydrofuran hydrochloride could be reduced efficiently and selectively by InBr3and Et3SiH. The structure of the target molecular had been determined according to melting point test,NMR,HRMS and elemental analysis.更多还原
