【摘要】 建立了测定银黄解毒丸有机氯农药残留量的新方法。对银翘解毒丸中的有机氯农药残留进行预处理分析方法研究。通过优化不同溶剂、提取方法、提取剂和净化剂预处理样品,确定最佳前处理方法。选择最佳处理方法对银翘解毒丸进行气相色谱检测。9种有机氯农药的检出限为0.000 1~0.01 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)为13.7%~18.7%,回收率86.2%~110.4%。针对市场随机抽取30多种样品进行检测,测定结果显示,大部分样品中有机氯农残未检出,少部分含量在0.1 mg/kg以下,极少数样品有机氯农残含量超过国家标准。与传统方法相比较,该方法具有更高的灵敏度和准确度,并且快捷有效,更适合于银翘解毒丸的有机氯农药残留检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish a rapid method for the determination of organic chlorine pesticide residue in Yinqiao Jiedu tablets. Through different solvents,different extraction methods,extraction and purification of samples was pre-processed,the recovery of measured peak area was compared to get the best pre-processing method. The lowest tested linear range of the organic chlorine pesticides was 0. 000 1 ~ 0. 01 mg / kg,the relative standard deviation( RSD) was 13. 7% ~ 18. 7%,and the recovery was 86. 2% ~ 110. 4%. In the market more than thirty randomly selected samples are tested,showing that large amounts of contents in samples were not detected and the contents were all below 0. 1 mg / kg,and only a small amount of detectable contents are over the national standard. Compared with the traditional method,the new methods is more sensitive,accurate and favorable for the detection of organic-chlorine pesticides residues in Yinqiao Jiedu tablets.更多还原
