【Abstract】 By adding a mixed amine curing agent with low viscosity and the epoxy reactive diluent, with using polyurethane as toughening agents, a modified epoxy resin pouring sealant was prepared. The effects of each con-stitute on the mechanical property and transmission of light were examined. The results showed that the sealant had low viscosity and high transmission of light, so that the sealant is suitable for using in the LED.更多还原
