【Abstract】 For the construction of food safety systems,it is necessary to enhance the timeliness to investigate and punish illegal food cases and to raise the punishing ratio,so as to keep other unpunished criminals on guard.Strengthening policies of punishment could frighten the activities of making and selling low-quality food.The supervising rules should be detailed and so should the assessment for supervisors and governors.Consumers complaints and claims should be carefully handled,and consumers’ awareness in protecting their rights should be strengthened.Furthermore,rewards should be given to those who expose and report the illegal cases for the purpose of stimulating and inspiring the enthusiasm from the masses.更多还原
