【摘要】 目的:观察清热活血消肿方熏洗治疗混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效。方法:将60例Ⅱ~Ⅳ期混合痔外剥内扎术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,术后第1天开始,治疗组采用清热活血消肿方熏洗,对照组采用痔疾洗液熏洗;两组均治疗7 d,观察两组患者用药前、用药第1、3、5、7天创面疼痛、出血、水肿情况,记录患者有效率和创面实际愈合时间,同时观察与用药相关的局部皮肤过敏反应、全身不良反应情况。结果:两组创面实际愈合天数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后疼痛、出血、水肿积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后组间疼痛、出血、水肿积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热活血消肿方在减轻混合痔术后创面疼痛、出血、水肿及促进创面愈合方面安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of clearing heat and blood swelling Fumigation postoperative complications mixed hemorrhoid treatment. Methods: 60 cases of Ⅱ- Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoid surgery within Milligan were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each,the first day after surgery,the use of heat treated blood swelling side Fumigation the control group,hemorrhoids lotion fumigation; groups were treated 7 d,were observed before treatment,medication 1,3,5,7 days wound pain,bleeding,edema,efficient and patient records actual wound healing time,while observing the local skin and drug-related allergic reactions,systemic adverse reactions.
