【Abstract】 At fi rst, the characters of labor union works in scientifi c research institute were analyzed. Then, the roles of labor union of scientifi c research institute in building the Party-masses relationship, in team building, in diffi cult assistance, and in improving cohesion of the institute were discussed, respectively.
