骨料碱活性及碱-骨料反应抑制有效性试验研究
Experimental study on the alkali activity of aggreates and suppression effectiveness of alkali aggregate reaction
【摘要】 通过对5个实际工程的骨料进行岩相分析及砂浆棒快速法试验,分析当骨料中的碱活性组分类别及含量相似时,这些骨料的砂浆试件膨胀率发展规律,对具有潜在危害性反应的活性骨料,掺加粉煤灰对碱-骨料反应进行抑制。试验结果表明,当碱活性组分含量达到一定程度时,根据砂浆棒快速法,结果大部分骨料应判定为具有潜在危害性反应的碱-硅酸反应活性骨料,对于活性骨料,粉煤灰掺量大于20%时抑制效果明显。因此,当遇到无法及时进行膨胀性试验的工程骨料,其骨料碱活性组分类别及含量与本研究的5种骨料相似时,可以借鉴本研究骨料的碱活性试验结果对骨料的碱活性进行预判,从而为快速评价工程使用该骨料的安全性提供依据。
【Abstract】 Five project aggregates with similar alkali reactive components and their contents were tested with petrographic analysis and accelerating mortar-bar method to study the development rules of alkali aggregate reaction expansion ratios.For the potential hazardous reactive aggregates,fly ash was adopted to suppress alkali-aggregate reaction.It indicated that when the contents of alkali reactive components reached a certain level,most aggregates should be judged to be potential hazardous reactive aggregates with accelerating mortar-bar method.For reactive aggregates,the suppression effect was obvious when the substitution ratio of fly ash was higher than 20%.Therefore,if the expansion properties of other aggregates cannot be tested in time and they have similar alkali reactive components and contents with those five aggregates,their alkali activity can be pre-judged according to the test results of those five aggregates,which consequently can provide basis for rapidly assessing the safety of other project aggregates.
