预习-主题-案例教学法在ICU本科护生临床实习带教中的应用效果观察
Application effect observation on preparation-topic-case method in clinical teaching for undergraduate nursing students in ICU
【摘要】 目的观察预习-主题-案例教学法用于本科护生重症监护室实习阶段的教学效果。方法 2010~2011学年58名护生为对照组,采用以周目标为基础的临床带教教学法,2011~2012学年45名护生为观察组,在对照组的基础上增设预习-主题-案例教学法,比较两组护生的综合素质自评结果及出科总评成绩。结果观察组护生综合素质自评结果高于对照组,P<0.01;护生出科总评成绩观察组平均(86.53±3.60)分、对照组平均(81.05±3.51)分,t=7.77,P<0.01。结论预习-主题-案例教学法用于重症监护室临床实习教学是行之有效的,促进了重症监护室带教质量的提高。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of preparation-topic-case method in clinical teaching for undergraduate nursing students in ICU.Method 58nursing students from 2010-2011academic year in control group receive clinical teaching method based on weekly target.45nursing students from 2011-2012academic year in observation group receive preparation-topic-case method based on routine method.Compare the self-rating result of comprehensive quality and general achievement of students in two groups.Result Self-rating score of comprehensive quality of observation group is higher than score of control group(P<0.01).General achievement score is(86.53±3.60)in observation group and(81.05±3.51)in control group,t=7.77,P<0.01.Conclusion Preparation-topic-case method is an effective way of clinical teaching for undergraduate ICU nursing students which improves the teaching quality of ICU.
