【摘要】 目的探讨简易标准化病人在新护士岗前培训中的应用及效果。方法成立培训小组,将新护士岗前培训内容编制成8个情景案例,培训10名退休护士作为简易标准化病人,让其在培训过程中发挥表演者、评价者及指导者的功能。结果新护士对培训认同程度较高,其理论、操作技能考核成绩和评判性思维能力均提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论退休护士作为简易标准化病人应用于新护士岗前培训是一种行之有效的方法,能明显提高培训效果,值得借鉴及推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of applying simple standardized patient( SSP) in new nurses pre-job training. Methods A training team was set up,and the pre-job training content was turned into 8 case scenarios. Ten retired nurses were trained to acted as simple standardized patients,who played roles of evaluators and instructors in the training process. Results Nurses showed high satisfaction with the training. Their performance in theory and skills test as well as critical thinking were improved( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion Applying simple standardized patients in new nurses pre-job training is a new and effective way to improve training effects and worth being extended.更多还原
