【摘要】 目的了解护士对压疮相关知识的掌握现状。方法运用压疮相关知识的自设问卷对290名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士有关压疮的知识问卷总体正确率为67.73%;相对于压疮的预防和处理,压疮风险及程度评估部分的平均正确率较低;护士工作科室、是否参加压疮培训是压疮风险及程度评估得分的影响因素,职称、工作领域是压疮处理得分的影响因素,是否参加压疮培训是压疮预防得分的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护士对压疮相关知识认知水平仍有待提高,应根据护士特点进行针对性培训,提高护士的压疮知识水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of nurses’ knowledge about pressure ulcer. Method Totally,290 nurses were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire about pressure ulcer knowledge. Results The nurses ’ knowledge about pressure ulcer was not satisfactory,the average accuracy was67. 73%. Compared to the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer,the accuracy of risk assessment and stage determination was lower. Department,whether or not received training of pressure ulcer were the influencing factors of the scores of the risk and degree assessment about pressure ulcer. The professional title and work in the field were the influencing factors of pressure ulcer treatment scores. Whether or not received training of pressure ulcer was the influencin factros of pressure ulcer prevention score( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion The nurses’ knowledge level need to be updated,and they should be trained specifically to improve their knowledge of pressure ulcer.更多还原
