高场带线环行器温度补偿磁路的设计分析
Design Analysis on High-field Microstrip Circulator Temperature Compensating Magnetic Circuit
【摘要】 本文根据环行器实际磁路模型,对温度补偿磁路的计算公式进行了推导,并结合Ansoft HFSS仿真软件,提出了一种温度补偿磁路的较准确计算分析方法和最佳化设计措施。该设计分析方法得到的计算结果与试验比较一致,对设计和实现最佳温度补偿磁路具有较强的指导作用。
【Abstract】 According to the magnetic circuit model of the circulator,the calculation formula of temperature compensation of magnetic circuit is derived. Combining the simulation software ANSOFT HFSS,a more accurate analysis method of temperature compensation of magnetic circuit and the optimizing design measures are introduced. The calculated results of using the design analysis method agree with the results of test,this method will guide design and implementation of the optimal temperature compensation of magnetic circuit.
