【摘要】 目的探讨优质护理在心胸外科中老年患者围手术期的应用效果。方法以收治的146例心胸外科手术老年患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围手术期优质护理。观察两组患者焦虑抑郁评分,比较术后并发症。结果观察组焦虑、抑郁评分(43.43±3.63、24.58±2.0)、术后并发症发生率(5.18%)均明显低于对照组(57.18±4.51、49.51±3.13、33.14%)。结论优质护理有助于缓解患者负面情绪,降低术后并发症,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study applicaton effect of high quality care in perioperative of elderly patients with cardiothoracic surgery. Methods 146 cases elderly patients with cardiothoracic surgery were divided into control group and observation group,control group given conventional care,observation group given perioperative high quality nursing. Anxiety,depression score,postoperative complications were compared between two groups.
