【Abstract】 Currently,public private partnerships( PPPs) for the ecological governance is an innovative and multilateral collaborative pattern. It is of importance to study the relationship of PPPs and other governance patterns. This article first situates the study in the broader literature on ecological environment regimes,private authority,public authority and PPPs of global ecological politics. It then uses a principal- agent perspective of International Organizations to specify the conditions and incentives for entrepreneurship of PPPs. Finally,it draws a brief conclusion concerning the impact and efficiency of public private partnerships.更多还原
